Uniquely Yours Invites - Haven't received wedding invitations and it's been a month!

I ordered wedding invitations from www.Uniquelyyoursinvites.com over a month ago.I was told I would receive them in 2-4 weeks and have not received any invitations yet.

Of course nobody bothers to email me back or return my phone call to answer my questions. The one of the few emails from Victoria said I would receive part of the order 3 days ago...I haven't. Their communication has been terrible throughout the last month!!! I have sent numerous emails and left several voice messages and it takes weeks to get a response.

I would like to know if and when I will receive the invitations.

This is the worst customer service ever!!!

Can someone please give me the current contact information for www.Uniquelyyoursinvites.com -- as my email's keep bouncing back.I ordered my invitations from her (paid in full) in January this year, spoke to her in June said she would send them out after I finalized everything -- tried to get in touch with her 8 weeks before my wedding no response.

Ended up having to pay over $400 bucks to get my invitations redone in a week because of her lack of communication. I would like the $150 dollars back that I paid to begin with.

Please if anyone has any information contact me asap.!Thanks

I received my invitations printed on the wrong stock and Victoria stated she would send out matching Thank You cards (at no cost) to make up for it.When I requested the Thank You cards on a Monday, Victoria stated they would be mailed out that Thursday...IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS!!!!!

Presently I have a complaint filed with BBB, but she is responding to them as she responds to her customers.

I too have left messages and sent emails...and NOTHING!This company should not be in business!!!

I ordered my invited from Victoria, and had no problems with her.She answered my e-mails and calls.

And I got my invited with-in the time frame.

I'm sorry other people had these problems.

I had the similar terrible experience.I ordered my invites in December, had to beg to get a proof via email (which arrived poorly and in need of significant correction).

Several emails and phone calls went unanswered with excuse after excuse. When my invites finally arrived, they were such poor quality. I could have printed them on my home computer. Plus, i found the software that she uses to design her "original unique" invites - they are all templates and the cost of the software was $100!

Stay away from this business as it will only leave you frustrated and stressed out with a junky invite to show for it.Not worth the savings of a few $$$.

:cry I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.I made initial contact with Victoria back in November 2007 and was promised invitations no later than the first week of April.

It is now the last week. I have made several attempts to contact her and was also told in the past that she had printing problems, problems with the computer, medical problems. I am a very understanding and patient person but she could at least have someone contact us and let us know what is going on.

I do not currently have a contingency plan and have paid her in full.My wedding is in 3 months and I need my invitations!

I am having the same problem. She was having some medical problems but I am getting even angrier because she does not respond to phone calls or e-mails.

I am having the same problems too. I see that uniquelyyoursinvites have started trading again on ebay. I tried to get in touch but Victoria Knowles who's running this business, is deceptive, liar and thief.
